June 21 & 22, 2024

The 2024 Spirit of Monticello Festival will fill the streets of Monticello with family fun and entertainment on June 21th and 22nd. The streets will be lined with a large food court packed with a variety of yummy food, snacks, and beverages. Many Arts and crafts vendors will be selling their wares for all to enjoy.

Friday and Saturday will be full of family fun activities: 5k walk/run, local entertainment, children’s play area, arts & crafts, live music, contests, cornhole tournament, and much more.

Organization space is on a two-day rental. Set-up will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 21 and break-down will begin at 9:00 pm on Saturday, June 22.

Sales are from: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Friday 
And 9:00 AM-9:00 PM on Saturday

It will be your choice if you want to stay open later each evening.

General Rules and Regulations:

Spaces are assigned with power needs, and a completed application Vendors may request a specific space inside the vendor grouping; however, this is contingent upon availability, receipt of form, or forms, and receipt of payment.  We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Food items only will be allowed in the food court area. If you have two types of product, food and arts and crafts, you will be assigned spaces in both areas. Please make sure you have enough help to man both areas.  You will be told your assigned area upon arrival on Friday afternoon.

May 31, 2024, is the Deadline to submit your application.  Applications and all fees must be on file with the Spirit of Monticello Festival by May 31, 2024. If the event is canceled for any reason, the fee will be refunded to the applicant.  NOTE:  Event will not be canceled due to rain; there is no rain date.

Set-up of booth/space must be completed prior to 5:00 pm. on Friday, June 21.  If any organization is not set-up by this time, the Festival reserves the right to assign that space to another vendor or make such other use of the space as determined necessary or appropriate with no refund eligible to the vendor.  

All trash must be placed in the proper receptacles. No stakes are to be driven in the ground or payment. There will be a $50.00 per stake fine, from stakes causing damage. We suggest using sandbag weights to secure your tent or canopy.

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH AT LEAST $200,000.00 LIABILITY COVERAGE, AND A WHITE COUNTY HEALTH DEPT CERTIFICATE On file before you will be allowed to set up. Our plans are to not have any duplicate food vendors. This is on a first-come basis as applications are received.
